Fits Hadley hubs with Shimano Style 10/11 speed freehubs that have 20mm inside diameter freehub ball bearings.

See photo of the gold and red hubs, the gold hub is for this conversion kit where the axle nut flares out at the base of it, where as the red hub the axle nut is a straight cylinder, it would require a different kit.

This retrofit conversion kit uses the 2020 axle and new bearings and spacers to adapt to this new axle.

Will not work with 2020 and newer Shimano Freehubs.

Special Tools Needed to install

Recommend using Hadley 18mm thin wrench and 17mm open end wrench

Kit includes a new bearing pre-load adjustment ring that requires a Hadley 29mm pin spanner wrench or equivalent.

Kit includes a new white plastic freehub ball bearing retainer that requires a Hadley 26mm pin spanner wrench.

Recommend using Hadley Tools to remove existing end caps.
