Recommend using Hadley tools to remove existing end caps.

Note: This conversion kit allows you to use a standard Hadley DH H600110 hub on a Boost 110mm x 15mm fork but the hub flanges will not be spaced as far apart as the Hadley Boost dedicated H700110 hubs, so you will not get the same lateral stiffness as the Hadley H700110 hubs.
